Lexington Country Club is seeking an experienced and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining venues while leading a talented team dedicated to providing an outstanding member experience.

• Lead the daily operations of our Clubhouse Dining Room and Island Club Tiki.
• Provide visible leadership during meal service to ensure exceptional member and guest experiences.
• Coach, train, and motivate food and beverage staff to maintain the Club's high service standards.
• Oversee dining room operations and service flow.
• Partner with the culinary team to deliver seamless food and beverage service.
• Assist with inventory, purchasing, vendor coordination, and beverage ordering.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and operational standards throughout all dining areas.
• Respond professionally to member concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
• Help develop seasonal beverage features and specialty cocktail programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, service, and the overall member experience.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.

• Has previous food and beverage management experience in a club setting.
• Leads by example and enjoys coaching and developing teams.
• Has excellent communication and member service skills.
• Can thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Is organized, dependable, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Understands food safety, sanitation, and hospitality best practices.
