Technical Account Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Account Manager based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to become a trusted technical partner for enterprise customers, helping them maximize the value of advanced process orchestration solutions.
You will guide organizations through complex technology adoption journeys, combining architecture expertise with strategic customer engagement.
The position involves collaborating with global teams and senior stakeholders to solve meaningful business challenges.
You will advise customers on modern automation, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable cloud architectures.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will serve as a strategic technical advisor, helping enterprise customers successfully adopt and scale complex software solutions. You will partner closely with customer teams, internal specialists, and engineering groups to drive measurable outcomes while ensuring reliable platform usage.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for strategic enterprise customers throughout their technology adoption journey, from onboarding to long-term success.
  • Develop and execute tailored technical adoption plans aligned with customer goals and business outcomes.
  • Provide hands-on guidance, architectural recommendations, and best practices to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Analyze and advise on modern technology architectures involving AI-enabled automation, LLM-powered workflows, intelligent agents, retrieval systems, and secure infrastructure patterns.
  • Help customers identify opportunities where AI tools, copilots, and automated workflows can improve business processes.
  • Conduct platform health checks, identify potential risks, support escalation management, and advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer success, consulting, support, product, engineering, and sales to improve customer outcomes.
  • Participate in strategic customer meetings and occasional on-site engagements to strengthen partnerships and accelerate initiatives.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with customer-facing experience and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions. You should be comfortable working with enterprise environments, distributed systems, and emerging AI technologies.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, Customer Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong experience designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems for mission-critical applications.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift.
  • Experience with Kubernetes at a CKAD or CKA level.
  • Programming experience in at least one high-level language such as Java, C#, or Python, including relevant enterprise frameworks.
  • Familiarity with APIs, event-driven architectures, microservices, identity and access management, security practices, and observability tools.
  • Exposure to AI technologies including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, AI agents, prompt workflows, or generative AI application frameworks.
  • Understanding of AI infrastructure considerations such as model hosting, governance, security, reliability, latency, and cost management.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to adapt solutions to unique customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for customer engagements when required.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with enterprise automation, business process management, workflow orchestration, or robotic process automation.
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications or workflows.
  • Familiarity with agent-based systems, agent coordination patterns, or orchestration frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications such as CKAD, CKA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Familiarity with enterprise process automation platforms.
