Entry-Level Leadership Associate - Remote in Thornton, Colorado at Spade Recruiting

For over 60 years, our organization has partnered with more than 40,000 unions, associations, and professional groups to provide supplemental benefit programs to working families. Our focus is on helping members understand the coverage available through their affiliated organizations so they can make informed decisions about their protection.

Since traditional workplace benefits may change or end when an individual changes employers, careers, or retires, our team works with members who request additional information about available programs. We explain their options, answer questions, and help them understand what they may qualify for.

Our operations are fully virtual, allowing us to support members and grow our team across Canada.

This remote position is focused on client communication, education, and ongoing support. You will work with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about their available benefit options and meet with them virtually.

Responsibilities include:

• Connecting with members by phone and video

• Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments

• Explaining available benefit and coverage options clearly

• Responding to questions and providing professional client support

• Assisting with online applications and required documentation

• Maintaining organized and accurate client records

• Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and team development

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Comfortable using basic computer and online communication tools

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

• Previous customer service, retail, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
