  • Strong practical knowledge of relevant legal principles, transactions, processes, and professional workflows.

  • An established professional network among capital markets, securities, and/or public M&A lawyers.

  • Excellent legal writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, accurately, and concisely.

  • Strong communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-management skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common professional productivity tools.

  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

  • Experience using AI and large language model tools in a professional setting, including reviewing, validating, and improving AI-generated outputs.
