Whether providing direct care, supporting daily operations, or helping patients navigate services, your work helps ensure people feel welcomed, respected and cared for.What we are looking forA Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor who excels in this role will help residents build a foundation for recovery through compassionate, individualized support. Under the supervision of an appropriately licensed professional, you will conduct screenings and assessments, collaborate with residents to develop personalized treatment plans, and provide individual, group and family counseling. You will also educate residents and families about substance use and recovery, support relapse prevention, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate referrals and aftercare with other providers and community resources.
