Position Summary: At Tru and Home2 Suites, you are Free to be You with Tru Spirit! We foster an energetic, fresh and playful attitude that creates an easygoing, laid-back and authentic sense of belonging for our Team Members and our Guests. Our Room Attendants are the heart of the guest experience. You'll make sure every guest walks into a spotless, comfortable room, whether they're staying one night at Tru or settling in for a few weeks at Home2 Suites.

What You Will Do:

• Clean and refresh guest rooms and bathrooms to Hilton brand standards
• Clean and restock Home2 Suites kitchens, including dishes, appliances, and countertops
• Make beds, change linens, and restock towels, amenities, and supplies
• Dust, sanitize, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors, bathrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, including hallways, elevators, rooftop bar, pool & fitness areas
• Restock rooftop towels and amenities
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly.
• Keep cart stocked, organized, and ready to go
• Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, and anything unusual
• Follow all housekeeping, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile and help when you can
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

• Hotel housekeeping experience is preferred
• A warm, welcoming attitude and pride in a job well done
• Attention to detail. You notice what others miss!
• Reliability and a strong team spirit
• Energy and enthusiasm for being part of an opening team
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout shift
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach and stretch
• Ability to push and pull fully loaded housekeeping carts throughout property and lift up to [40] lbs on a regular basis
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
