We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, providing exceptional service, answering inquiries, and assisting with purchases or service requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Process transactions, orders, or service requests efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming service area.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Handle customer complaints with patience and escalate issues when necessary.
• Keep up-to-date with company products and pricing.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions with follow up on open accounts and quotes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred. Garage Door or Construction experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish a Plus
