The Houseperson will assist room attendants, removing trash and linens from guestrooms, while maintaining the cleanliness of corridors and stairwells.

• Clean and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property lobbies, corridors,
• public restrooms, and public areas of the hotel
• Deep clean assigned areas of the property including shampooing of rooms, corridors
• and elevators
• Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon requests
• Check and replenish supplies and cleaning tools
• Greet each guest warmly and professionally
• Promptly respond to any guests’ requests or need
• Adhere to Makeready's Guiding Principles
• Additional duties and assignments, as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• Highly organized and efficient
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Required to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Able to use cleaning chemicals and other products
• Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
