Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
Schedule: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

You'll help recruit, schedule, and support the incredible people who make our events happen.
Some days you'll be interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.
Other days you'll be building schedules, coordinating crews, solving last-minute staffing challenges, or working on-site to ensure events run smoothly.
You'll work closely with our Operations, HR, and Event teams to keep everyone informed and every event fully staffed.A Typical Week Might Include
- Recruiting and interviewing Event Assistants, technicians, and seasonal staff
- Posting jobs and reviewing applications
- Scheduling employees for festivals, concerts, and special events using Lasso
- Coordinating onboarding and employee orientation
- Communicating schedules, updates, and staffing changes
- Filling last-minute call-offs and finding creative staffing solutions
- Coordinating vehicle assignments
- Working with multiple departments to ensure every event has the right people in the right place
- Supporting HR with employee questions and documentation
- Helping improve staffing systems and scheduling processes
- Working on-site at some of Pittsburgh's largest festivals and events
During our busy season, you'll participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule to help address employee call-offs, staffing gaps, and trucking needs.
Weekend on-call benefits include:
- Weekend on-call stipend
- Overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a pay period
No two days are ever the same.
One week you may be helping staff a downtown festival with hundreds of employees.
The next week you're interviewing candidates, improving scheduling systems, or helping coordinate crews for a major concert or corporate event.
You'll play an important role in producing some of the region's most recognizable events while working alongside an energetic, supportive team.We're Looking For Someone Who

- Opportunity to transition into a full-time position
- In-office training during your first month
- One in-office day each week after training
- Work remotely on weekends while serving in the on-call rotation
- Occasional on-site work at festivals and major events
- Flexible schedule that follows our event calendar
- Two or more years of experience in administration, staffing, hospitality, recruiting, event coordination, or operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning scheduling and recruiting software
- Strong computer skills (Google Workspace experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license
