  • Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs while measuring learning effectiveness through adoption metrics, proficiency tracking, and continuous program improvements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by identifying operational challenges, recommending process improvements, and supporting cross-functional initiatives involving technology, compliance, and product teams.

  • Strong understanding of generative AI tools, prompt engineering concepts, AI adoption strategies, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into practical business applications.
  • Demonstrated experience designing curricula, facilitating training sessions, developing digital learning content, and managing enterprise-wide enablement programs.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while driving continuous improvement, collaboration, and measurable business outcomes.
Benefits
  • Base salary ranging from $120,000 to $145,000 USD, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options, including Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions where applicable.
  • Company-paid life insurance, AD&D coverage, short-term and long-term disability insurance.
  • Generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, family leave, and adoption assistance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, including Traditional and Roth contribution options.
