Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketplace Recruiting Lead based in United States.
This is a high-impact, strategic recruiting role focused on scaling a nationwide clinician network within a fast-growing healthcare marketplace. You will own the design and execution of recruiting systems that directly influence patient access to home-based care across multiple U.S. states.
The role sits at the intersection of recruiting, marketplace operations, and data-driven strategy, blending hands-on execution with long-term system building.
You will be responsible for shaping how nurses are sourced, evaluated, and activated within a high-volume, multi-state environment.
This is a rare opportunity to build a recruiting function from the ground up, moving from early-stage processes to a scalable national operating model.
The environment is fast-paced, highly autonomous, and product-minded, where experimentation, ownership, and independent judgment are essential.
Your work will directly impact network supply, care delivery capacity, and the overall success of a rapidly expanding healthcare platform.
- Design, build, and scale end-to-end recruiting systems for 1099 registered nurses, supporting both existing markets and expansion into new states.
- Own clinician acquisition strategies across multiple channels including sourcing, referrals, outbound campaigns, partnerships, and digital outreach.
- Optimize the recruiting funnel by identifying conversion gaps, improving workflows, and increasing speed, quality, and activation rates.
- Develop and execute market-specific recruiting strategies based on demand signals, nurse availability, and geographic coverage needs.
- Build dashboards and analytics frameworks to track funnel performance, sourcing effectiveness, activation rates, and network health.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to forecast supply needs, anticipate gaps, and support operational readiness in new markets.
- Improve recruiting infrastructure, tools, and automation to enable scalable, efficient, and data-driven hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance alignment across state licensing, credentialing, and contractor requirements throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, including both hands-on sourcing/hiring and operational ownership of recruiting systems or processes.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting, marketplace recruiting, or supply-side talent acquisition environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, build reports, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Proven experience designing or optimizing recruiting playbooks, workflows, or acquisition strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Experience in healthcare recruiting or clinician networks (home health, specialty pharmacy, home infusion) is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with 1099 contractor models, multi-state recruiting, and compliance/licensing considerations is a plus.
- Exposure to BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, or similar platforms) is highly valued.
- Understanding of nurse licensure and credentialing frameworks across U.S. states is an advantage.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, plus equity/options grant
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) plan with company matching
- Unlimited PTO with minimum required days off
- Paid parental leave
- Monthly phone and internet stipend
- Annual learning and development stipend
- HSA and FSA options
- Additional voluntary insurance coverage (life, accident, hospital, critical illness)
- Fully remote role with flexible work location across the United States
- Collaborative schedule aligned with U.S. time zones, with flexibility for distributed teams
