Job Description

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:
The A/R Specialist is responsible for billing and collecting invoices, posting cash, and responding to related customer inquiries.

Typical Functions:
  • Creates and sends customer invoices.
  • Collects on invoices and posts cash accordingly.
  • Monitors at-risk accounts to ensure potential problems are accounted for.
  • Reconciles and resolves customer claims and disputes and escalates problems as necessary.
  • Manages delinquent customer accounts and portfolios.
  • Produces and provides customer account reports to management.
  • Communicate with customers and internal team on billing matters, as needed.
  • Perform related audits or analyses, as needed.
  • Other related duties or functions, as required.


Unpacking What We’re Looking For
We’re excited about you because you have:
  • 2-3 years of experience in A/R preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • At least 1 year of experience working with recurring or subscription based revenue
  • Experience with Excel (advanced level) and ERP / CRM systems is required.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct and Salesforce a plus.
  • At least 1 year of collections and data entry experience.
  • You use AI responsibly, with a basic understanding of security, privacy, and ethical data-handling considerations, and you know how to keep sensitive information safe when using AI tools.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position and will be part of our Denver office with an expectation of working three days (Tuesday-Thursday) in-office and two days (Monday & Friday) remote. Candidates located outside of the Denver Metro Area will be reviewed and considered if necessary.

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of insert here depending on experience. Potential for end-of-year bonus earnings and periodic merit increases also available based on company and/or personal performance. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
