Exclusion Service Professional in Apex, North Carolina at Triangle Home Services LLC

Location: Apex, NC (serving the Triangle area)

Pay: $21 to $32 and hour DOE

Triangle Home Services is looking for a hardworking, mechanically inclined Exclusion Service Professional to help protect customers' homes from rodents, wildlife, and pest entry. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being outdoors, this could be the perfect opportunity.

• Perform exclusion work to prevent rodents and other pests from entering homes.

• Install and repair screening, flashing, vent covers, door sweeps, and other exclusion materials.

• Seal cracks, gaps, and openings using appropriate materials and techniques.

• Safely use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs.

• Work in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined areas.

• Climb ladders and work on residential roofs while following all company safety procedures.

• Document completed work with photos and notes.

• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding findings and completed repairs.

• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment.

• Experience in construction, handyman work, roofing, pest control, wildlife exclusion, or a related trade is preferred but not required.

• Comfortable using hand and power tools.

• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently while providing outstanding customer service.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to:

• Work in crawlspaces and attics.

• Climb ladders and work on residential roofs.

• Lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

• Bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces.

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year.

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record, and 5 years driving experience.

• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards.
