- Manage insurance verifications, billing coordination, and collections

- Maintain meticulous patient records and data in systems like Open Dental and Dental Intelligence
- Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth, efficient operations and exceptional patient service
- Promote and protect patient confidentiality (HIPAA) and uphold clinical excellence standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience & Education: High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years in a dental or customer service setting preferred
- Tech Savvy: Confident with dental software, email systems, and office tools like Google Drive, Excel, and Word
- Communication Pro: You’re clear, compassionate, and confident—whether face-to-face or on the phone
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You manage tasks efficiently and take pride in accuracy
- Patient-Focused: You love creating welcoming, stress-free experiences
