Senior Clinical Administrative Director #1527

The Senior Clinical Administrative Director
works with VP Clinical Services and Service Directors to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in Clinical Service areas. Develop systems and processes to attain and sustain key objectives for high priority clinical initiatives by improving efficiency and effectiveness of clinical services.

Location: This position is based out of LifeWorks NW's Sylvan site.

Pay/Benefits:$44.50-$64.22 per hour, plus full comprehensive benefits.

Salary Placement Notice:
The posted salary range reflects the compensation potential for this role. Most candidates will be placed between the entry level and midpoint of the range, depending on their experience and qualifications. However, more seasoned professionals with extensive exact or similar experience may be considered for placement toward the higher end of the range. Final salary offers are made in alignment with internal compensation processes in accordance with Oregon Pay Equity laws.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develops clinical systems and processes to attain and sustain key objectives in collaboration with VP of Clinical Services and Service Directors.
  • Develops clinical project lists, outcomes, criteria, and deliverables, and track progress.
  • Develops and maintains reports on status of projects and results with the goal to attain key clinical initiatives and outcomes and improve efficiencies and consistency across Service Areas. Present reports to VP of Clinical Services on a regular basis.
  • Facilitates clinical implementation meetings.
  • Facilitates clinical project workgroups to fulfill clinical project goals and make recommendations for process improvements. Ensuring clinical programs meet program and contractual metrics and service deliverables.
  • Oversees clinical process improvement initiatives to meet service and outcome targets.
  • Monitors clinical data reports provided by Quality/Operations to ensure clinical initiatives are on track and identify areas for improvement.
  • Helps oversee clinical project and contract implementation in collaboration with Operations, Quality, and IT Departments. .

Requirements:

  • Five years' experience in project implementation, management, coordination, progressively responsible clinical or administrative experience. Experience working within mental health, substance abuse, or medical services provider organizations.
  • Previous successful experience in community health, mental health, addiction or prevention services, training and experience with broad perspective to support work with a multi-disciplinary staff.
  • Demonstrated organizational, administrative, program development, tracking, and strong data review, data management, data analysis, communication, and writing skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including knowledge and use of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to master use of proprietary software including electronic health record system.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills and ability to provide and maintain a cooperative working relationship with others in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with programs to meet standards for implementation and utilization of the service delivery model.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of budgetary targets and managing costs effectively.
