Wellness Registered Nurse in Gaithersburg, Maryland at Relive Health Gaithersburg

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our growing wellness team. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in an outpatient environment, and has a passion for preventative health and wellness. The ideal candidate is confident with IV placement, injections, patient education, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Prior experience in wellness, infusion therapy, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, aesthetics, or functional medicine is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: - Administer IV infusions, vitamin therapies, and injections - Perform patient intake, vital signs, and clinical assessments - Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness services - Assist providers with hormone optimization and medical weight loss programs - Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and safety standards - Monitor patients during treatments and respond appropriately to adverse reactions - Support inventory management and treatment room organization - Deliver an outstanding patient experience from check-in through follow-up Requirements: - Active Maryland RN license in good standing - Current BLS certification - Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Professional, positive, and patient-centered demeanor - Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
