Microsoft Power Platform and Sharepoint Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Developer based in the United States.

This role focuses on designing and delivering modern business solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, enabling organizations to streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and unlock data-driven insights. You will build and support scalable applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, while also developing and maintaining SharePoint Online environments. Acting as a key technical bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, you will translate requirements into efficient, secure, and maintainable solutions. The role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will integrate Microsoft tools and services to optimize business processes and enhance user experience across the organization. This position is well-suited for a developer who enjoys solving business challenges through low-code/no-code platforms combined with strong SharePoint expertise.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint-based solutions that improve business processes, automation, and reporting capabilities across the organization.

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to support business and reporting needs
  • Build and manage SharePoint Online sites, including lists, libraries, permissions, workflows, and custom forms
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and best practices
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Dataverse
  • Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing applications, workflows, and SharePoint environments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Document solution designs, workflows, and support procedures to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer
Requirements:

You bring hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development and SharePoint Online administration, combined with strong problem-solving and communication skills to deliver effective business solutions.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps and Power Automate required)
  • Strong experience with SharePoint Online, including site administration, lists, libraries, permissions, and page design
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration points (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Dataverse)
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Experience in application support, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional team environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment
  • US citizenship required with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model and travel as needed
