Job Description:
TheDispatch Manager will report to the General Manager and assist with all supervisory duties outlined below. The OM will work onsite, as needed, at the clients location and will actively communicate with the client as well as other vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily activities of all dispatchers and oversee the development and
implementation of standard operating procedures as directed by the Client and WeDriveU company policies.
Provide staff leadership by promoting and ensuring safe, efficient and effective operations
Ensure that all transit routes are constantly operating and adequately servicing the clients needs.
Make logistical coverage/staffing decisions and communicate them effectively to
the rest of the team (dispatchers and client management).
Hire (interviews, training, etc.), train and develop new dispatchers.
Analyze and interpret ridership numbers and suggest route changes accordingly.
Support the development of company policy and procedures.
Support the General Manager as needed.

Skills Required and Physical Demands:
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to prove intermediate to advanced excel skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and problem solve.
Prior knowledge of DMV policies and procedures is preferred but not required.
Must be able to lift 25+ pounds, climb stairs and be on your feet for an extended
period.

Education and Qualifications:
3-5 years' Managerial experience in Paratransit Transportation Operations
Management
Valid Drivers License
Trapeze Software Experience preferred
Work experience in public or private alternative transportation demand
management (TDM) preferred
