Licensed Insurance Customer Service in Edison, New Jersey at StaffMyAgency LLC

This opportunity is a customer service and sales position within a successful STATE FARM Agency. The agency is a dynamic organization backed by many years of industry experience. It is a vital role for the agency, as it involves both the acquisition (proactive & reactive) of new business and the effective servicing of existing policies and households.

Candidates who meet the following criteria will be strongly considered for this role:

1. Active Property, Casualty, life insurance license preferred.
2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in 1941 Oak tree rd., Edison, NJ. This is an in-office position.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Property, Casualty, life insurance license. Typical completion takes 4 weeks. Courses are paid for and you receive your salary while training.
• Insurance or financial services sales experience preferred
• A genuine care and concern for people and their insurance needs
• The ability to multi-task while utilizing a tech-savvy approach to sales and service
• The ability to work within a team concept in a fun, fast-paced office environment
• Must be able to persevere through difficult client interactions

Responsibilities include but are not limited to...

• Servicing of existing customers/households
• Engaging in proactive policy retention strategies
• Quoting and preparation of insurance proposals
• Setting and conducting Insurance and Financial Reviews (IFR's)
• Being personally responsible for hitting team and individual sales goals
• Assisting the agent with various research and follow-up tasks
