Blueberry Bakery Jax LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bakery prep to join our team! In this role, you will assist our bakers by preparing high-quality ingredients, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Measure, weigh, and prep ingredients according to bakery recipes.

* Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, utensils, and baking pans.

* Assist with receiving, rotating, and organizing inventory and supplies.

* Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Requirements:**

* Previous kitchen or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* **Physical Ability:*
* Must be able to stand for extended periods and comfortably **lift and carry up to 50 lbs*
* (such as flour sacks and ingredient buckets).

* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
