As a Caregiver-C.N.A., you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on care and support to our residents. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will assist residents in maintaining their independence, dignity, and overall well-being while ensuring their safety and comfort.

• Full-Time | 1st Shift

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
• Encourage residents to maintain independence and adapt to their environment
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment
• Uphold all company policies and state/federal healthcare regulations

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification (active and in good standing)
• Completion of required in-services
• Minimum 3 months of experience in basic nursing care preferred
• Must be 18 years or older (Department of Labor requirement)
