This is a high-impact, highly visible role in a fast-moving technical environment where strong leadership, systems thinking, and communication are essential.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs supporting cloud infrastructure and platform evolution
  • Design and implement program management frameworks, governance models, and operational best practices for a scaling engineering organization
  • Translate strategic objectives and OKRs into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable delivery plans
  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, operations, sales, and executive leadership teams
  • Establish structured processes for planning, prioritization, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints impacting delivery outcomes
  • Partner with engineering teams to understand technical tradeoffs, architecture decisions, and system-level implications
  • Develop scalable systems for visibility, transparency, and execution consistency across programs
  • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to executive stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Explore and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve program execution and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Product Operations, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading complex, large-scale programs across multiple engineering and business teams
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, DevOps practices, or platform engineering environments
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, including networking, storage, virtualization, and automation frameworks
  • Strong ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills in highly complex environments
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, virtualization platforms, and public cloud services
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting systems, and AI-enabled workflow or automation solutions
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, risk, and security in cloud environments
  • Preferred certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe

Benefits:

  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage options
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
  • Tuition reimbursement, certifications, and professional development support
  • Paid time off for vacation, personal use, and community volunteering
  • Profit-sharing opportunities twice per year
  • Wellness programs and employee recognition initiatives
  • Career growth opportunities in a fast-scaling cloud technology organization
  • Exposure to strategic, high-impact initiatives shaping next-generation cloud infrastructure
