This role sits at the core of a rapidly scaling cloud infrastructure organization, driving the execution of highly complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of private cloud solutions. You will partner directly with senior leadership and engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into clear, executable roadmaps, ensuring alignment across multiple technical and business functions. The position requires a strong ability to design and operationalize scalable program management frameworks that improve execution, transparency, and accountability across the organization. You will play a key role in identifying risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks early, ensuring smooth execution of critical initiatives. A significant aspect of the role involves building governance models, operating mechanisms, and repeatable processes that support long-term organizational growth. This is a high-impact, highly visible role in a fast-moving technical environment where strong leadership, systems thinking, and communication are essential.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs supporting cloud infrastructure and platform evolution
- Design and implement program management frameworks, governance models, and operational best practices for a scaling engineering organization
- Translate strategic objectives and OKRs into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable delivery plans
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, operations, sales, and executive leadership teams
- Establish structured processes for planning, prioritization, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints impacting delivery outcomes
- Partner with engineering teams to understand technical tradeoffs, architecture decisions, and system-level implications
- Develop scalable systems for visibility, transparency, and execution consistency across programs
- Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to executive stakeholders and leadership teams
- Explore and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve program execution and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Product Operations, or a related field
- Proven experience leading complex, large-scale programs across multiple engineering and business teams
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, DevOps practices, or platform engineering environments
- Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, including networking, storage, virtualization, and automation frameworks
- Strong ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills in highly complex environments
- Familiarity with technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, virtualization platforms, and public cloud services
- Experience building dashboards, reporting systems, and AI-enabled workflow or automation solutions
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, risk, and security in cloud environments
- Preferred certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe
