This role sits at the intersection of business process transformation and modern low-code application development, enabling enterprise teams to build scalable, efficient, and user-friendly digital solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into robust Microsoft Power Platform applications. The position involves designing, developing, and maintaining model-driven and canvas apps that enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization. You will also contribute to architecture decisions and help shape best practices across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint ecosystems. This is a hands-on technical role with strong exposure to enterprise systems, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring scalable and well-documented solutions.
• Build and enhance model-driven and canvas Power Apps to support business-critical processes and operational efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, ensuring alignment with system architecture and performance standards.
• Participate in code and design reviews, contributing to quality assurance and adherence to development best practices.
• Develop end-to-end solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, and related tools to improve collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Customize SharePoint lists and integrate disparate systems using Power Apps and related Microsoft technologies.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose digital solutions that improve productivity and user experience.
• Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support across Microsoft 365 environments.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored digital solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues, ensuring smooth application performance and user adoption.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve existing systems and leverage Power Platform capabilities more effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
• Strong experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Query in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end Power Platform solutions aligned with business needs.
• Experience customizing SharePoint lists and integrating Power Apps with external or legacy systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze processes and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Microsoft Power Apps certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in the clinical research or healthcare domain is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.
