This role is centered on shaping and executing high-performing creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns across major paid social platforms. You will transform data, audience insights, and product understanding into compelling short-form video concepts designed to drive measurable performance outcomes. The position blends creative storytelling with analytical rigor, requiring the ability to develop scripts, refine messaging, and iterate based on real-time campaign results. You will collaborate closely with production teams, editors, and strategists to ensure that creative output aligns with performance objectives. A key part of the role involves continuously testing, analyzing, and optimizing ad concepts across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where creativity is directly tied to business impact.
- Develop and execute creative strategies for high-performing paid social and digital advertising campaigns
- Translate data insights, audience research, and competitive analysis into actionable creative concepts
- Write scripts, ad copy, and creative briefs for video, static, and multi-channel ad formats
- Analyze performance data from platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other analytics tools
- Collaborate with production, post-production, and creative teams to ensure alignment between concept and execution
- Provide strategic feedback on creative outputs to improve performance and ensure consistency with campaign goals
- Identify top-performing creative concepts and trends through ongoing testing and data analysis
- Iterate and optimize campaigns based on performance results and structured testing frameworks
- Contribute to weekly strategic planning and creative direction for client accounts
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, paid social, or direct response advertising
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Proven experience writing creative briefs, ad scripts, and marketing copy for performance-driven campaigns
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative direction and actionable strategies
- Experience working with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams including designers, editors, and marketing operators
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and storytelling ability
