• Greet guests, take accurate orders, and deliver an outstanding experience.
• Prepare and assemble hot and cold subs to brand standards and speed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining room, line, and back-of-house.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines.
• Restock stations, receive deliveries, and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Work as part of a team to meet service times and uphold our hospitality standards.

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and pride in serving quality food.
• Willingness to learn and follow recipes, portioning, and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for a full shift.
• Flexible availability, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, not required.
