Job Description
Bill Howe started AM/PM Sewer & Drain Cleaning in 1980. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Maintain consistent outbound communication with leads and prospects.
- Inform clients about any expiring recurring services and assist with rewriting estimates as needed.
- Use excellent customer service skills to drive membership sales.
- Enter detailed notes into Service Titan and tracking spreadsheets.
- Relay important information to the assigned business units: Drains, Backflow, Water Filtration, HVAC , Lining and Repipe.
- Call at least 50 customers per day.
- Meet a minimum goal of 10 sold estimates each work week.
- Ensure that potential leads are processed and removed from the estimate file within one business day.
- Maintain outbound communication until a lead or prospect is reached or confirmed as invalid.
- Display a professional and positive attitude towards all leads and prospects.
- Build relationships with clients by asking insightful questions to understand their needs and utilizing strong communication skills.
- Follow approved scripts and dialogues provided by the company.
- Use all lead and prospect tracking methods provided by the company.
- Promptly report any escalated customer concerns to management.
- Ensure that interactions with all estimated opportunities are maintained within a 30-day period to secure commission.
- Attend training sessions, teleconference calls, and meetings as required by the company.
- Follow the inside sales rules and vetting process to be eligible for commission on sales.
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience in Inside Sales within an office environment
- Prefer prior work in home services industry but not required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
- Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine, or scanner).
Environmental Conditions:
- Climate-controlled office setting.
The pay range for this role is:
20 - 24 USD per hour(San Diego)
