Job Summary- The Clinical Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the CNO and Nursing Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering and routing calls, organizing meetings, processing forms, preparing reports, maintaining databases, manage nursing incentives for payroll and supporting compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and confidential healthcare environment are critical to success in this position
Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the Nursing Leadership Team.
· Responsible for proper reporting to CNO, including appraisal of pertinent information and situations.
· Manage nursing incentives for payroll
· Maintains filing system, maintenance, and retrieval of information relevant to all clinical areas
· Schedules appointments for CNO as needed
· Assists in maintaining CNO calendar and tickler file.
· Transcribes meeting minutes and composes other correspondence, such as reports, letters, memorandums, and emails.
· Maintains master project list and initiatives boards for the hospital and ensures their coordination and progress.
Minimal Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 3+ years’ experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
· Meet all Employee Health Requirement
