Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately

- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming environment

- Maintain accurate data entry and manage database records

- Prepare and follow up on correspondence and documentation

- Assist with file organization, preparation, and related administrative tasks

- Support team members with various office duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office administration or customer service preferred

- Excellent telephone etiquette, spelling, and grammar skills

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook

- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilities

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
