Are you the kind of cook who can handle the heat, the hustle, AND keep the fries crispy during a lunch rush? Ocean Lakes Family Campground is looking for a rockstar Head Cook to lead our Snack Bar crew and keep campers fueled up and smiling!

What We’re Looking For:

• ServSafe Food Safety Certified (current certification required)
• Previous experience as a Head Cook or Kitchen Manager
• Skilled at managing inventory & controlling food costs
• Experience developing menus that keep guests coming back
• Confident enforcing sanitation & food safety standards
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Natural leader who keeps the team organized and motivated

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading daily snack bar operations
• Creating delicious, efficient menus for high-volume service
• Managing ordering, inventory, and minimizing waste
• Keeping our kitchen spotless and inspection-ready
• Handling peak-season rushes like a pro
• Training and mentoring kitchen staff
