This is a fast-paced, high-impact role responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across clinical, operational, corporate, and leadership positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, highly organized, and passionate about finding top talent in a competitive healthcare market.
What You'll DoTalent Acquisition- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding interview status and next steps.
- Extend offers and assist with negotiations when appropriate.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements and partner with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Promote EPIC Health as an employer of choice through networking, career fairs, community events, and social media.
- Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and healthcare associations.
- Continuously identify new sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate documentation, and hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and organizational policies.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Healthcare recruiting experience across clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Experience recruiting physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), nurses, allied health professionals, and corporate staff.
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state recruiting initiatives.
