HR Recruiter

Location: Southfield, MI (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across clinical, operational, corporate, and leadership positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, highly organized, and passionate about finding top talent in a competitive healthcare market.

What You'll DoTalent Acquisition
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Experience
  • Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates regarding interview status and next steps.
  • Extend offers and assist with negotiations when appropriate.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements and partner with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding
  • Promote EPIC Health as an employer of choice through networking, career fairs, community events, and social media.
  • Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and healthcare associations.
  • Continuously identify new sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Recruiting Operations
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate documentation, and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for leadership.
What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare recruiting experience across clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Experience recruiting physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), nurses, allied health professionals, and corporate staff.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state recruiting initiatives.
