We are seeking an experienced IAM professional to design, implement, and optimize identity governance solutions that strengthen enterprise security and compliance.
The role focuses on managing SailPoint platforms, improving identity lifecycle processes, and enabling secure access across business applications.
You will work on critical initiatives involving provisioning, access governance, role management, and security integrations.
Collaborating with security, infrastructure, and application teams, you will help deliver scalable identity solutions across complex environments.

The SailPoint Engineer will be responsible for delivering and maintaining identity governance and administration solutions while ensuring secure and compliant access management across enterprise systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
- Configure and manage identity lifecycle processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access governance.
- Develop and maintain integrations and connectors with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure Active Directory, SAP, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Build and customize workflows, lifecycle events, approval processes, and provisioning policies.
- Configure access certification campaigns, segregation of duties (SoD) controls, and compliance reporting processes.
- Develop custom rules, plugins, forms, reports, and business processes following IAM best practices.
- Troubleshoot identity synchronization issues, provisioning failures, connector problems, and application integration challenges.
- Integrate identity solutions with HR systems, cloud applications, and on-premises enterprise platforms.
- Perform SailPoint upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Support security audits and compliance initiatives by ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to improve IAM capabilities and processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in identity and access management, SailPoint technologies, and enterprise security integrations. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, and Administration (IGA).
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise directories and applications, including Active Directory, LDAP, Azure Active Directory, SAP, and databases.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, federation, and identity protocols.
- Strong programming and scripting skills with Java, BeanShell, SQL, XML, REST APIs, and web services.
- Experience with Windows and Linux administration in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with IAM technologies and protocols such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM is preferred.
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 integrations is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud IAM solutions across AWS or Azure environments and familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Git practices is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, SC-300, SC-100, CIAM, or CISSP are preferred.
