Job Description
About the Role
If you’re the kind of person who likes knowing a plant runs well because you made sure the right parts were on the shelf, this role will feel like home. At 3V Sigma USA, our Industrial Parts & Storeroom Manager is the heartbeat of our maintenance support operation — keeping inventory tight, equipment ready, and downtime low.
You’ll run a storeroom that supports a chemical manufacturing plant, manage a multimillion dollar parts inventory, and work shoulder to shoulder with Operations and Maintenance. It’s hands on, it’s technical, and it’s a role where your decisions genuinely matter.
What You’ll Do
• Keep the Parts Room organized, secure, and running smoothly
• Maintain accurate inventory for critical spare parts and rotating equipment components
• Own cycle counts and set smart min/max levels using data and real world experience
• Manage and prepare the annual parts budget (currently $3.5M–$5M)
• Work in JDE, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems to keep inventory records clean and reliable
• Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and make sure materials arrive when the plant needs them
• Support Operations and Maintenance with parts for motors, pumps, valves, seals, and more
• Track tool issuance and protect company assets
• Identify obsolete or replaced materials and keep documentation up to date
• Supervise and mentor one Parts Coordinator
• Spend about 20% of your time out in the plant — the rest in the Parts Room or office
Why You’ll Love Working Here
3V Sigma USA is a global chemical manufacturer with a tight knit team in Georgetown. You’ll be part of a group that values reliability, teamwork, and people who take pride in doing things the right way. This role has real impact — when you run a great storeroom, the whole plant feels it.
