This role offers the opportunity to join a high-impact Site Reliability Engineering team focused on building scalable, secure, and resilient internal platforms.
You will help improve developer productivity by enhancing automation, observability, and reliability across large-scale systems.

As an Engineer III focused on reliability engineering, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining systems that improve infrastructure performance, developer efficiency, and service resilience. You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement automation, observability, and production readiness practices while driving operational excellence across the organization.
- Build and maintain software systems that manage platform infrastructure and applications.
- Support and enhance CI/CD tooling, build systems, deployment automation, and developer workflows.
- Develop automation solutions to improve service deployment, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor system availability, analyze performance metrics, and improve overall service reliability.
- Design and implement highly available enterprise-scale services and infrastructure solutions.
- Create and maintain full-stack observability solutions using monitoring, logging, and tracing platforms.
- Improve instrumentation standards and optimize monitoring for high-cardinality workloads.
- Drive AI-enabled observability initiatives, including anomaly detection, alert correlation, and proactive incident prevention.
- Integrate AI capabilities into operational workflows and develop self-healing approaches using incident data and automation.
- Define, review, and improve SLI/SLO metrics and error budgets based on user impact.
- Lead incident response activities and contribute to production readiness reviews.
- Perform capacity planning, resource forecasting, and license management activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices around reliability, security, and software development.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Site Reliability Engineer with strong software development skills, a security-first mindset, and a proven ability to operate complex production environments. You should be comfortable working across cloud platforms, automation frameworks, observability tools, and modern development practices.
- 5+ years of experience working in large-scale production environments.
- Strong experience designing, deploying, scaling, and maintaining CI/CD systems and developer platforms.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Bazel, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar technologies.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools including Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
- Strong knowledge of source code management workflows and engineering best practices.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes at scale.
- Expertise with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Honeycomb, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools.
- Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python, Go, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing systems and operational workflows.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure software development practices.
- Experience with secure development tools and standards such as SonarQube and OWASP practices.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed global teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term engineering goals.
- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to continuously learn.
- Preferred experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or Oracle.
- Experience creating automated operational reports and performance insights is a plus.
