The Customer Service Representative is often the first face they see and the last person they speak with before driving away.
At Kaizen Collision Center, we believe exceptional customer service is just as important as exceptional repairs. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our Yuma team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
Our Yuma location serves drivers throughout Yuma, Fortuna Foothills, Somerton, San Luis, Wellton, and surrounding communities. This is a busy, fast-paced shop with a strong reputation for quality repairs, teamwork, and customer care.
What You'll DoCustomer Experience- Welcome customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy
- Guide customers through the repair and insurance process
- Provide repair status updates throughout the repair
- Build trust by delivering clear, consistent communication
- Create a positive experience during a stressful time
- Assist with vehicle check-in procedures
- Document vehicle damage and capture photos
- Maintain accurate customer and repair records
- Support insurance documentation and repair file organization
- Collect customer payments and process transactions
- Update rental systems (ARMS)
- Assist with reporting and daily administrative tasks
- Support accounts receivable follow-up
- Help keep the front office organized and running efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Previous customer service or automotive industry experience
- Collision repair experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
