We're seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead the organization's financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analytics functions. As the department leader and financial subject matter expert, you'll partner with executive leadership to provide meaningful financial intelligence, develop enterprise reporting and forecasting tools, and influence strategic decisions that drive operational and financial performance.

What You'll Do
- Lead the organization's annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, providing strategic financial leadership across the enterprise.
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for financial planning, forecasting, business analytics, and strategic financial modeling.
- Develop and enhance enterprise financial reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools that support executive decision-making.
- Analyze financial, operational, and accounting data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
- Partner with executive and operational leaders to evaluate business performance, support strategic initiatives, and improve financial outcomes.
- Lead variance analysis by comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing recommendations to improve operational and financial results.
- Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives, growth strategies, capital investments, and executive decision-making.
- Analyze key performance indicators, including revenue, expenses, labor, capital expenditures, bookings, and marketing return on investment to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing scalable financial planning, reporting, and analytics processes and systems.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team through coaching, goal setting, succession planning, and professional development.
- Foster strategic partnerships across Finance, Operations, Accounting, and Executive Leadership to strengthen financial planning and organizational performance.
What We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (required)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
- Ten (10) years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience (required)
- Five (5) years of leadership experience managing finance or FP&A teams (required)
- Experience leading enterprise budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analytics (required)
- Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting (required)
- Healthcare industry financial planning experience (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
- CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA (preferred)
