The Role at a Glance

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations through the safe and efficient movement of inventory. This position requires operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, productivity, and safety.

we are looking for an individual that is an expert fork operator with both Reach & Sit-down experience.

How You'll Contribute

In this role, you will:

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers to receive, store, move, and ship inventory. Reach Forklift and Sit-down experience is a must.Accurately receive, pick, and process orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Maintain precise inventory records and complete all required documentation in a timely manner. Inspect inbound shipments, identify and document exceptions, and communicate issues appropriately. Load and unload outbound shipments while ensuring product accuracy and proper handling procedures. Work closely with drivers, warehouse personnel, customer service representatives, vendors, and customers to support efficient operations. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including operating floor-sweeping equipment and performing general warehouse housekeeping duties. Contribute positively to team goals by demonstrating cooperation, flexibility, and a willingness to assist others when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Education, Experience & Certifications

Minimum of six (6) months of recent, verifiable forklift operating experience required. Experience operating pallet jacks required. Experience operating cherry pickers required. Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred. Skills & Competencies

Strong commitment to workplace safety. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Customer-focused approach to service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Resilient and adaptable when priorities shift. Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
