Airbox Fulfilment is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Account Manager to join our team! We work with a variety of high-profile brands, including Hoodrich, The Rugby World Cup, Billionaire Boys Club, Wild Cosmetics and Naked Wolfe, managing their logistics and fulfilment operations efficiently.
About the Role
As an Account Supervisor, you'll support our Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in delivering outstanding customer service and operational support to our clients.
You'll act as an important link between our clients, warehouse teams and customer service function, helping to ensure orders move smoothly through the fulfilment process and that customer queries are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities✅ Responding to day-to-day customer and account queries
✅ Supporting Account Managers with client communication and reporting
✅ Liaising with warehouse teams to help resolve operational issues
✅ Assisting with inbound shipments and inventory-related enquiries
✅ Supporting customer service activities and order investigations
✅ Communicating with couriers regarding deliveries, collections and exceptions
✅ Maintaining accurate records and account information
✅ Helping ensure service levels and client expectations are achieved
✅ Building positive relationships with clients and internal teams

What We’re Looking For
✔ MS Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Ability to build relationships with customers
✔ Previous experience in Customer Service or Account Management
✔ Methodical and organised working style
✔ Ideally previous knowledge of logistics/distribution
