Floor Care Technician
Floor Care Technician - SUMMARY:
Responsible and accountable for ensuring a safe, clean, attractive environment, specifically floor care, for patients, staff, and visitors at all time.
Floor Care Technician - JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Previous floor care experience preferred, however willing to train individual with initiative and desire to learn.
Other: Ability to understand written and oral instructions and work well with others. Keep accurate records of daily work. Ability to operate and maintain floor equipment. Time flexibility a must. Entry level computer skills required.
Floor Care Technician - Safety Sensitive Designation:
This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.

required to perform the following: Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time with frequent reaching, squatting, bending, lifting and twisting. Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle, feel or grasp objects and reach with hands and arms, extending in any direction. Must be able to push and/or maneuver cleaning equipment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more with proper body mechanics. Keen sense of hearing and visual acuity required. Must be able to handle quick turnaround times and stressful situations with efficiency and composure. Must be able to tolerate cleaning chemicals, etc.
