This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director of Managed Mobility Services based in the United States.
This executive leadership role is responsible for shaping, scaling, and optimizing a managed mobility services portfolio that supports enterprise clients at scale. You will own both strategic direction and day-to-day operational performance, ensuring service excellence, financial health, and strong customer outcomes. The position sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer success, requiring close collaboration with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients. You will lead high-performing teams while driving consistency in delivery, SLA performance, and KPI achievement across services. A key part of the role involves strengthening vendor and carrier relationships while expanding recurring revenue opportunities. This is a highly visible leadership position with direct impact on growth, profitability, and long-term client partnerships.
- Define and execute the managed services strategy, including growth planning and portfolio development.
- Own end-to-end service delivery performance, ensuring SLA adherence, KPI achievement, and strong customer experience outcomes.
- Lead full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and financial discipline.
- Serve as executive sponsor for key enterprise customer relationships and strategic accounts.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to support pipeline development, upselling, and account expansion.
- Build, scale, and lead high-performing service delivery and operations teams.
- Standardize, evolve, and optimize managed services offerings and operational frameworks.
- Manage strategic vendor and OEM relationships, including carriers and channel partners.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning across the function.
- Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Develop team capability through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, or managed services, including at least 3 years in a senior management or executive role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong background in enterprise mobility, mobile device management, or adjacent technology services.
- Deep understanding of service delivery models, SLA governance, and customer success frameworks.
- Proven ability to build and scale processes in a fast-growing or evolving organization.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to simplify and present complex operational or technical information clearly and confidently.
- Demonstrated success in data-driven decision-making and performance management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building trust, credibility, and cross-functional alignment.
- Preferred experience in lifecycle services (deployment, support, optimization) and enterprise environments such as retail or supply chain.
- Experience developing recurring revenue or managed service offerings is a strong plus.
- Competitive base salary of $145,000–$155,000 plus bonus potential
