This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior UA Manager (Core, TikTok) based in Austria.
You will join a fast-scaling, global user acquisition environment where TikTok plays a central role in driving growth across large-scale web-based dating funnels. This is a performance-driven role focused on acquiring and scaling high-quality users across Tier-1 markets, particularly the USA. You will own significant monthly ad budgets and operate in a highly data-informed setup where creative testing, optimization speed, and automation are critical to success. The role combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic input on scaling frameworks and channel evolution. You will work in a remote-first, international team spanning multiple time zones and cultures. The environment is fast-paced, experimentation-heavy, and oriented toward measurable business impact and sustainable growth.
You will be responsible for owning, scaling, and optimizing TikTok user acquisition campaigns for core dating products, with a strong focus on performance efficiency and scalable growth systems.
- Own and manage TikTok UA campaigns across web funnels, primarily targeting USA and Tier-1 geographies.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid acquisition campaigns with significant monthly budgets and performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Build and maintain robust account structures, tracking systems, domains, whitelists, and payment workflows to ensure operational stability.
- Run continuous creative testing cycles including hypothesis generation, iteration, performance analysis, and scaling of winning concepts.
- Improve automation processes using scripts, rules, and third-party tools to enhance scalability and reduce manual workload.
- Collaborate on performance insights and document best practices to strengthen channel consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to cross-functional discussions around growth strategy, funnel performance, and creative direction.
You should bring strong hands-on expertise in paid social acquisition, particularly on TikTok, with a proven ability to scale performance-driven campaigns in competitive Tier-1 markets.
- Proven experience managing TikTok user acquisition campaigns for web or B2C products, ideally with exposure to US and Tier-1 audiences.
- Demonstrated ownership of significant ad budgets (ideally $100K–$200K+ monthly) with strong performance marketing mindset (CPA, ROAS, LTV optimization).
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads ecosystem principles (structure, scaling, bidding, attribution, troubleshooting) as transferable performance expertise.
- Experience running structured creative testing frameworks and iterating based on performance insights.
- Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, or workflow optimization; exposure to AI-driven creative or optimization processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make fast, informed optimization decisions.
- Comfortable working in a highly execution-focused role with a mix of hands-on campaign management and strategic input.
