  • Proven success leading strategic accounts, specialty product launches, or buy-and-bill commercial models in the U.S. healthcare system
  • Strong expertise in building and executing data-driven business plans aligned to commercial and access objectives
  • Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including payers, providers, IDNs, specialty pharmacies, and reimbursement pathways
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, matrixed teams and influence senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
  • Ability to travel extensively across the U.S.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives and bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage
