Medical Office Front Desk Lead - Internal Medicine 18156

Work location: TH Internal Medicine 18156 2900 I-35 North Denton TX 76201
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday through Thursday, 7:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 1:00pm (Alternating late Fridays until 5pm)

Here's What You Need
Education
• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Experience
• 2 years front or back office experience in a clinic setting (Required)
What You Will Do
• Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operation.
• Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.
• Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Coordinate general front office activities including, but not limited to: registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations and other related duties.
• Assist the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times.
• Assist the Practice Manager with the new hire or reoccurring training processes.
• Assist the Practice Manager with facilitating training of new hires and other training initiatives.
• Provide direction and support to clinical staff as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
