Job Description
Description
S.I.N. 360 is a leading provider of dental implant and full mouth rehabilitation solutions committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We prioritize innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction in everything we do, and we're dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. We are seeking a driven, relationship-minded Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience organization. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and goal-oriented, communicates with confidence by phone and in writing, and is energized by building accounts, creating opportunities, and closing business. They should be organized, accurate, and capable of managing their own accounts and pipeline independently while working closely with our sales directors and field teams.
Overview
Reporting to the Head of Customer Solutions, the Inside Sales Specialist is a revenue-producing role created to complement our regional Sales Directors and Territory Managers (TMs) with dedicated sales coverage and support. You will stay in consistent contact with your assigned territories and accounts: prospecting new business, reactivating inactive accounts, and growing existing ones through upsell and cross-sell, while keeping accurate pipeline visibility. You will also take an active role in the health of those accounts by working accounts receivable (A/R) and managing consignment inventory. This role is distinct from our Customer Solutions team, who own service, order support, and issue resolution. You will partner closely with them, but your focus is growth.
Key Responsibilities
Territory and Account Coverage:
• Support assigned territories and accounts through consistent, proactive outreach and follow-up via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide dedicated coverage for open territories, keeping customers engaged and informed while field relationships are developed.
• Hand off service and issue-resolution matters to Customer Solutions with clear, complete information so the customer is taken care of.
Business Development:
• Prospect new business and generate qualified opportunities within assigned territories.
• Reactivate inactive accounts through targeted, persistent outreach.
• Develop additional opportunities within existing accounts by understanding how each practice works and where we can help.
Opportunity and Pipeline Management:
• Identify, track, and advance opportunities from first contact through close.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, documenting every interaction, next step, and opportunity so pipeline visibility is always current.
• Generate activity and pipeline reports and use the data to prioritize your time and recommend improvements.
Sales Execution:
• Understand customer needs, recommend the right products and solutions, and communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Prepare and facilitate accurate quotes, working with Customer Solutions and Operations to ensure orders are right the first time.
• Follow opportunities through conversion, handling objections with professionalism and persistence.
Revenue Growth:
• Own upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities across your accounts.
• Work toward defined revenue, activity, and conversion objectives.
Accounts Receivable (A/R):
• Actively work A/R on assigned accounts: monitor aging, follow up on open and past-due balances, and secure payment commitments.
• Coordinate with Finance and Customer Solutions to resolve billing questions, payment discrepancies, and disputes quickly.
• Document collection activity and payment arrangements accurately, and route non-standard payment situations through the proper approval channel.
Consignment Management:
• Manage consignment inventory for assigned accounts, reviewing usage regularly to understand what each account is actually consuming.
• Adjust consignment inventory levels appropriately, replenishing or reducing stock to match usage.
• Conduct and reconcile consignment audits, keeping counts, records, and agreements accurate.
• Use usage and audit findings to spot sales opportunities and account concerns early.
Sales Collaboration:
• Partner with regional Sales Directors and field teams on priorities, campaigns, and account strategy.
• Share customer feedback, competitive insight, and market trends that help the sales team.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business administration, or a related field.
• [1-2 years] of experience in inside sales, business development, account management, or another goal-driven, customer-facing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Self-motivated and resilient, with the drive to prospect, follow up, and keep going after a "no."
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail; quotes, records, and follow-ups must be accurate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working in a CRM; familiarity with Fishbowl is a plus.
• Comfort with numbers and detail; experience with accounts receivable, collections, billing, or inventory management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation to our Tempe office; this is a fully on-site role.
Preferred:
• Experience selling dental or medical products.
• Familiarity with implant dentistry or digital dentistry workflows.
