Global Account Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Account Representative based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to manage strategic customer relationships within a global technology-driven environment.
You will develop and execute account strategies that support revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
The position focuses on serving major global customers in the semiconductor industry through consultative sales and account management.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve customer challenges, and deliver value-driven solutions.
This is a remote opportunity requiring strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to business growth.
You will play a key role in strengthening customer partnerships while contributing to innovation across advanced technology markets.

Accountabilities:

The Global Account Representative will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful execution of commercial strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and internal collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Develop and implement account strategies designed to achieve order growth, revenue targets, and margin objectives for assigned strategic accounts.
  • Manage relationships with key global customers across designated regions, locations, and market segments.
  • Build customer profiles, analyze sales opportunities, identify growth potential, and maintain accurate account intelligence.
  • Communicate and execute negotiated commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • Monitor competitive activity and provide market insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, product management, customer service, and technical teams to identify customer needs and create tailored solutions.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities by identifying unmet customer requirements and emerging market trends.
  • Maintain strong customer engagement through proactive communication, relationship management, and value creation initiatives.
  • Travel regularly to customer locations and industry sites to strengthen partnerships and support business objectives.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic sales professional with experience managing complex customer relationships and driving growth in technical industries. They should combine strong commercial skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or strategic customer management.
  • Experience working with customers in the semiconductor industry or other high-technology sectors is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and translate insights into effective business strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel domestically approximately 45–55% of the time.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
