Coordinate direct mail campaigns, production schedules, and agency communicationsManage internal creative, scientific, and leadership review processesProofread and review materials for accuracy, quality, and brand consistencyCoordinate with designers, printers, mail houses, and other production vendorsManage project timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholdersSupport campaign implementation with Supporter ServicesMaintain organized project documentation and production filesIdentifyopportunities to improve workflows and production processes
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceThree to five years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, direct response, marketing project management, print production, agency coordination, or a related fieldExcellent project management and organizational skillsOutstanding attention to detailStrong proofreading and written communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partnersExperience with nonprofit fundraising, print production, direct mail, donor communications, or CRM systems is a plusJoin Our TeamIf you're looking for a role where organization, collaboration, and attention to detail directly support a mission that improves lives, we'd love to hear from you.
