- Proven experience managing critical processes with strong attention to detail, including contracts, board operations, employee documentation, or company administration.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent follow-through.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information such as compensation data, company records, and strategic documents.
- Ability to understand business agreements, identify key commercial considerations, and know when to involve legal experts.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes, identifying risks early, and finding practical solutions.
- Strong interest in automation and using AI tools to streamline repetitive operational work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones within a global remote team.

- Competitive compensation package of $150K–$180K, including equity opportunities.
- Fully remote work environment with flexibility across North America and Europe time zones.
- High level of ownership and visibility, working closely with leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Opportunity to build operational systems and processes from an early stage.
- Exposure to key business functions, including board operations, partnerships, people operations, and company strategy.
