Job Description
JOB TITLE: PWI Production Team Member
REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer
HOURS/STATUS: Full-time / Non-Exempt
PAY RANGE: $16.00 - $20.00 Hourly
JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, complete production jobs as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
• Supports on all phases of production as needed which include but is not limited to:
o Cleaning/Sanitizing
o Mixing/Packing Food Product
o Counting
o Shrink -wrapping
o Collating
o Taping
o Boxing
o Assembly
o Sorting
o Labeling
• Helps set up workstations and retrieve necessary production materials and tools.
• Performs Quality Control functions (count/quality checking) as required.
• Assists in palletizing and wrapping pallets of finished product.
• Loads and unloads shipping trucks.
• Attends staff and in-service meetings as appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Candidates for this position will have the ability to demonstrate and provide examples of continuous personal development and improvement; good verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects. Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs. Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED preferred. Zero to two years of experience working in a production environment. Experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Expect occasional dust and fumes within the production area.
