Visitation Supervisor in Grove City, Pennsylvania at George Junior Republic

Summary of the Position: This position is responsible for supervising all visitors and maintaining safety and security by following all appropriate policies and procedures.

This is a Part-Time Saturday and Sunday position from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. This position works every weekend over the course of the year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee weekend visitation
2. Provide safety and security; must be aware of surroundings at all times
3. Implement CARE and the behavioral modification system
4. Complete required documentation using computer program(s)
5. Conduct passive physical restraint
6. Teach and model appropriate life skills
7. Customer service oriented
8. Communicate clearly and accurately to youth and families based on organizational policies and procedures.

Working Conditions:

1. Must be able to lift 20 pounds
2. Must be able to walk, run, squat, and bend
3. This position works in the Visitation Center.

Education and Experience: High school diploma required. Must be 21 years old.
