The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant is responsible for leading consulting engagements, designing effective platform solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of ServiceNow implementations. This role requires strong business process expertise, client-facing skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex transformation programs.
- Lead project teams in the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Manage complex programs involving multiple resources, teams, and stakeholders.
- Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate client workshops, working sessions, and demonstrations to gather requirements and showcase solutions.
- Create clear documentation, written deliverables, methodologies, and project materials.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for project teams and customers.
- Translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow processes, workflows, and integrations.
- Advise senior stakeholders on process improvements, technology approaches, and transformation strategies.
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to solution positioning, pre-sales activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership through innovative approaches, industry insights, and best practices.
- Support the adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities, certifications, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate across practices to deliver complex solutions and establish standards for future projects.
- Travel approximately 25% to support client engagements, workshops, and project activities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced ServiceNow consultant with strong functional expertise, consulting capabilities, and the ability to lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives. Success in this role requires technical knowledge, business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Extensive expertise with the ServiceNow platform and enterprise solution design.
- Strong business process knowledge within at least one ServiceNow product suite and two additional process areas.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions.
- Ability to understand and discuss integrations between ServiceNow and third-party technologies.
- Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, processes, and platform capabilities.
- Experience leading complex projects, workshops, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and recommend solutions.

- Competitive on-target earnings ranging from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, including base salary and applicable bonus opportunities.
