What You'll Do- Evaluate and treat patients in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and families
- Complete accurate, timely documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Help patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Ohio
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
